The Body Transformation Studio

The Body Transformation Studio are a private personal training studio located in the City of Melville. TBTS requested the addition of a range of features to their existing site, including distribution of a free $100 voucher after the Home page enquiry form is completed (including redirection to information pages after submission), enhanced mobile responsiveness for the site after all the custom features were implemented, and the addition of a fully-styled, easily updateable, completely functional event management software for their training sessions (average of over 20 sessions a week).
PWS originally used an existing event management program to integrate the training session calendar, but given the client’s requirements a much more sophisticated approach was needed. PWS developed and implemented a range of custom programs to build on the event software, including changes to the calendar’s appearance to match TBTS’s established colours depending on the type of session, as well as restricting the visible buttons to what the members will actually use. The software itself was heavily customised with a range of add-ons installed, to enable wait lists for sessions if they fill up, having the sessions displayed in a list rather than a calendar, and restrict visibility of the sessions to only registered members. The emails sent to the member after any action through the event software (successfully booking a session, being promoted from the wait list, cancelling a session etc) have all been styled with TBTS branding (colours, logo, etc) and contain dynamically populated fields, so specific information regarding a session can be included in the most streamlined way possible. Overall, the client is extremely happy with the system after it was implemented, and it is a great demonstration of PWS’s range of skills and services.
